Once you've received your 2024 Victory Golf Pass Book:

• Step #1: Register Your Pass

  Click the "Register Your Pass" Link on the red sidebar under the ‘Members’ Section.

  Enter Your 2024 Victory Golf Pass ID Number (back cover of book), Full Name, Email Address, and Mailing Address.

  Victory Golf Pass provides email updates, newsletters, and additional specials to you throughout the golf season. All promotions are sent via Victory Golf Pass.
  We respect your privacy and do not share our mailing list.

  To Register by PHONE call 877-VGP-5316 and provide your Full Name,
  Victory ID #, Email, and Mailing Address. Register by MAIL by filling out your Victory Golf Pass Order Form (if attached to the back of your book) and mail to: Victory Golf Pass, 128 Karen Drive, Rising Sun, Maryland 21911.

• Select a Course. We’ve conveniently provided the course phone number, address & website.

• Read “The Deal” Carefully.

• Call Course to make a tee time based on the days and times noted by the course in the Victory Golf Pass. Identify yourself as a Victory Golf Pass Member when calling.

• You Must bring your Victory Golf Pass Book to the Pro Shop to receive the Discounted Rate.

• When Checking in at the Pro Shop, EACH PLAYER must have their own Victory Golf Pass Book in hand. (Unless otherwise noted such as in 2 for 1 Deals - see Victory Golf Pass Rules Page for Full Details).

Victory Golf Pass Rules

Public Courses

• CART FEE IS INCLUDED with all course offerings (unless otherwise noted).

• Victory Golf Pass discounted rates are for Victory Golf Pass Holders only.

• When checking in at the Pro Shop, EACH PLAYER must have their own Victory Golf Pass in hand to receive discount. Exception:  Junior Golfers are not required to be a pass holder if accompanied by a Victory Golf Pass holding adult.

• Victory Golf Pass Holders will pay a Player’s Fee (unless otherwise noted) at each course as noted in “The Deal”.

• Victory Golf Pass provides at least a Two Time Use at the posted discount per course. Note: Each Victory Golf Pass may only be used once per course per day.

• Must call course in advance to reserve a tee time based on availability and identify yourself as a Victory Golf Pass Holder.

• Read each “Deal” clearly to understand the time and day restrictions.

• SENIORS are Age 60+ and JUNIORS are Age 18 & under unless otherwise noted.

• HERO Rates are for active US Military + veterans. Must Show Official Identification. We thank you for your service.

• SUPER SAVER DEALS are 1 Time Use unless otherwise noted.

• VICTORY GROUP PASS: See page 15 of your book or click here for full details. Groups are tee times unless otherwise noted by course.

• FOURSOME SPECIALS, or 2 FOR 1 GREEN FEES: at least one player in group must have a Victory Golf Pass Book to receive posted discount.

• HOLIDAY Policy: If not noted, ask the course. Also ask about RAIN CHECK policy.

• Victory Golf Pass cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons, or during league play, outings, or tournaments.

• DRESS CODE: Inquire and abide by each course’s Dress Code and Rules policies.

• PRO SHOP: discount excludes Golf Balls unless otherwise noted.

• RESTAURANT: discount does not include server tip.

• Courses have full control over their “Deal”. Certain restrictions may apply.

• OFF SEASON: November 1st through March 31st unless otherwise noted.

• Rates and times are subject to change by participating courses.  Victory Golf Pass cannot be held liable if a golf course changes its rates or times.

• LOST OR STOLEN PASSES: Victory Golf Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unused books.  No exchanges or refunds.

• Contact Victory Golf Pass in writing to notify of any problems in expected privileges.

• The 2024 Victory Golf Pass expires December 31, 2024.

Private Courses

In addition to the above rules, the following additions/changes apply:

• Victory Golf Pass holders must call in advance (unless otherwise posted) to reserve a tee time with a major credit card.

• Victory Golf Pass holders will be subject to whatever tee time is available for the day offered to play by the course.

• Course has the right to cancel any designated day for any reason.

• Ask course for playing privileges and rates of Victory Golf Pass Holder guests.
